3Good for house jobs  Sep 06, 2008
I bought these screwdrivers for work and so far they've held up decently, but I do have some concerns. The set is definitely fine for household tasks but a little iffy for everyday work.

Pros: Great grip, and look exactly like Klien screw drivers. they are fairly sturdy and provide great torque on stubborn screws and bolts, and yet theyre easy on the hands.

Cons: the tips are not hardened, so a philips head would wear out faster than say, a Klien or Greenlee. The chrome on the tips flake off after extended use, and the rubber grip slides down the handle because there is nothing to hold it in place other than friction. One thing that never ceases to confound/annoy me is that there is always more flatheads than philips heads in the package (thats really not a pro or a con, just a personal quandary).

Final words: These Klien look-alikes dont have the bit type stamped on the butt of the tool like a real Klien does, so i did it myself by heating up a flathead with a candle and melted the head type on the butt of each screw driver (+ for philips, - for flathead), then painted the indention silver for visibility. like i said earlier, these are great for home use, but lack the quality of the top brands. whether that quality is needed is up to the buyer.

4Great tools for the job  Oct 23, 2007
Great screwdrivers. Looks just like the Klein screwdrivers without the style indicator on the end of each one. Good tool.

3Phillips gone bad  Aug 24, 2007
It's a great screw driver set. But unfortunately the phillips screwdriver did not last. Total life of phillips screwdriver was approx 3 hours.
Now I have to purchase another screwdriver. I'll make sure to buy a different brand. Going with snap-on this time.

5nice drivers  Nov 27, 2002
These drivers offer a nice durable rubber grip- Kinda like a Klien but much more affordable. I like the feel of these and feel that they should stand up to heavy duty usage. Best of all, unlike many stanley products, these are still made in the U.S.A
