cool working table and hand truck Nov 16, 2008 you will like it a lot!! specially places where is no place to leave tools or something to work in (like construction jobsites). Turns into a hand truck very easy and will help you everywhere. I used also as a step stool but needs like the first step to get on top, otherwise just climb it!!!, if u buy it, have fun!!!!

Great Tool Aug 12, 2008 Easy to assemble and use. I am not a fan of plastic for these kinds of things but this item is okay for using pastic.

Mixed Jul 28, 2008 Fairly stable as a workstand and vice. Somewhat cumbersome as a hand truck. Still, it's nice to have both features. It arrived with a crack in the plastic around the outlets but I glued it.

Barely useful for woodworking Jun 04, 2008 Bought it with high hopes based on good reviews. It was easy to setup. It shakes a lot when I used it for cross cutting 1 X 12 pine. As a result I could not cut in a straight line. I needed to bevel one of the edges at 45 degrees using a chisel and the shaking was even worse. The dogs are pathetic pieces of plastic. Overall not very useful if you plan to use it for woodworking with hand-tools. good luck.. caveat emptor!

More useful than expected May 31, 2008 I've only had this a couple days and It's already paid for itself. I would have rated it five stars but taking it out of the box I noticed a couple small plastic spacers located where the A frame comes together were split and one half of one spacer was never found in the box. Structurally, this is not a problem as long as the remaining portion of the spacer stays in place. For one side I was able to put the pieces of the spacer together and use narrow electrical tape to hold it together. For the other side I probably could have wrapped tape around the half spacer and the pivot rod but I decided since I had the stuff to do it with to make a new spacer using epoxy putty.
Aside from that small detail, it's quite rugged and great in the shop or on the go for all kinds of projects. It takes only a few seconds to go from hand truck to work table and back again. As a hand truck it's okay but it's probably not what you want if you need a hand truck every day. For my use, having only an occasional need for a hand truck it's great. Mine will almost always be in the work table configuration in my shop.
